Boutique HR gets its name from my approach to thoughtful details, warm service, and the unmistakable feeling that someone cares about your experience. My approach is high‑touch and high‑quality. I want you to feel supported, understood, and confident, like you finally have someone in your corner who gets both the people and the business.

What I've learned is simple: strong HR is the backbone of a healthy business. When you invest in culture, benefits, total rewards, and compliance, and when those are built with intention, your people thrive, and so does your bottom line.

I've spent my career supporting teams in advertising, influencer marketing, public relations, home fashion, and hospitality — industries where HR moves fast and touches everything. I've managed the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, benefits, compensation, culture, employee relations, tough conversations, payroll, performance reviews, exits, and so much more.

Most of that work was done as a one‑woman HR department, which gave me a rare, end‑to‑end understanding of how HR drives a business's goals, performance, and growth.

I'm a native Jersey Girl, which means, yes, I went to Rutgers University, where I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Human Resource Management before building my HR career in New York City. I'm also SHRM‑Certified (Society for Human Resource Management), the industry's benchmark for HR expertise, in other words: I know this field inside and out, and the work I do is backed by real, proven knowledge.
